Professor Ross Hunter is excellent—informative, knowledgable, thorough, and highly attentive. He provides in-depth feedback and explains things clearly, ensuring a full understanding. He is calm and concise and answered any questions I had. I was worried about some potential issues and he provided reassurance as well guidance on tests/scans which were booked in quickly. Really happy with the level of care and professionalism he provides. Thank you! His assistant Helen is also fab, efficient and follows up with correspondence in a timely manner. I was advised to contact CP+R by my cardiologist and the nurses in the cardiac unit. I am so grateful that I did. 2 years post op, I am the fittest I have ever been - not knowing that I had a bicuspid aorta until the age of 65 had severely impacted by aerobic ability throughout my life. I have been nurtured, encouraged, pushed and praised by the wonderful folks at CP+R. Plus the regular check ups have helped to track my progress.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The whole experience is very smooth.

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

OneWelbeck is a great clinic

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.
