Simon was so lovely. The whole recovery process he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed constantly checking up on me. Dr Arda was incredible so informative and calm throughout the whole experience. Overall it felt so quick and easy.

Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hospital and its team for the excellent care I received during my recent surgery. From admission to discharge, every aspect of my experience was managed with utmost professionalism and compassion.
