They spoke so highly of the clinic, and after hearing their experience, we decided to give it a try. Now, we’re on our own fertility journey, and I can confidently say we made the right choice. When it comes to something as personal and emotional as fertility treatments, it’s essential to feel comfortable and well-cared for. From the moment we walked into Acorn Fertility, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The anxiety is always there, as you’d expect, but the friendly faces and welcoming atmosphere immediately put me at ease. It was such a relief to see familiar faces from my friend’s IVF journey. I was even more thrilled to learn that Dr. Alka would be managing my care, with the same supportive team alongside me every step of the way. The consistency and care I received meant so much to me, and those little hugs from the team truly made a big difference—they’re not just professionals but genuinely kind and supportive people. The clinic itself is in a convenient location, easily accessible, and it has a fresh, clean feel to it. Every visit is comfortable and reassuring, and we’re looking forward to continuing this journey with Acorn Fertility. Facility is really clean and staff is welcoming and supportive.

Majority of the time we were seen on time or with very minor delays. The place is always immaculately clean and lots of space for waiting area. The free water is a nice touch.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Everything was lovely for what could really be an awkward situation. Only trouble I had was opening the door on the way out ;)

Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.

Throughout all of our IVF journey Dr Irfana has given us a top level of treatment. She strives for the best results, is thorough, and is really responsive and caring at the same time. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
