From the initial consultation to my exit the service has been exemplary!! I would personally like to thank Dr Sarah Rollins for diagnosing my problem and Sam Birch who has patiently and diligently erased my knee problem I cannot thank the both of you enough!!

Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.

The team at Guy Gold was exceptionally friendly and efficient, making my experience remarkable. I strongly recommend this service for individuals dealing with short or long-term health issues. I would particularly like to highlight Mary; she treated my mother with the highest level of respect, kindness, compassion, and care, going above and beyond to assist with my mum's condition. Truly the best place to visit, and I will personally endorse this establishment.

Excellent service all the way round

Not a good experience. I was referred by my physio for an MRI on my foot, and at no point was I told that the scan would include both my foot and ankle as separate items. I assumed it would all be part of one scan. I was charged for both separately, which brought the total to £1,050—an unexpectedly high amount, especially for a young person trying to manage costs. I was not given any quote or cost breakdown beforehand, which is extremely disappointing.I had the scan done on a Tuesday and was told I’d receive the results within 24–48 hours, but I didn’t get them until a week later. The lack of communication, unexpected charges, and delays made this a very frustrating experience overall. Never ever one to complain but this meant a massive deal to me!

I’ve seen two other physiotherapists in the past for my shoulder and neither were able to relieve the pain. Juhi was very helpful from the start with mobilisations and exercises that challenged increased the strength of my shoulder to the point now where I have no pain at all!
