Excellent service all the way round

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

He is very much dedicated to providing the best possible treatment outcome for my pain and mobility issues. I always look forward to my treatment appointments.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)
