I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

From my very first consultation, Dr Panagiotopoulos demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. I was understandably anxious about having a pericardial cyst removed, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, putting me at ease every step of the way. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt truly cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person. Dr Panagiotopoulos combines world-class surgical skill with a warm, approachable manner that inspires total confidence. Thanks to him, I’m now recovering well and finally free of the discomfort and uncertainty that came with the cyst. I’m incredibly grateful to have been in such capable hands. Receptionists were on the phone and clearly acknowledged me when I sat down waiting for them to get off the phone. Bloke comes in and stands staring at them on the phone and they treat him as first in line. Incredibly insanely rude.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.
