I meet Dr Khalid 7 months ago due to anxiety problems. During that time I have meet her regularly . She has been supportive, empathetic, close and warm and has provided me with a number of tools to manage my problems that definitely helped me in the past and are currently doing so. Ute is a lifeline in difficult moments. When things seem very dark, Ute is able to help the mind to rethink and positions things differently to make them easier to navigate and manage. She is very approachable and emphatic and I treasure all the conversation we have had. I use the skills she taught me over and over again and they have been life changing in the way I’m able to cope with difficult moments in life. I cannot recommend her enough.
