I have used the Manor Hospital on many occasions and it remains an excellent facility.

Personable hospital in beautiful setting. Certainly it made me feel at ease.

Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.

It is a pleasure to visit Saxon Clinic. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. They just need to get a bigger car park.

Sometimes the staff on reception are too busy talking amongst themselves to acknowledge and book in waiting patients - I have been late for an appointment because of this.

The staff at Nuffield are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The young man at reception is an example of what we should all strive to be. I was utterly impressed by his empathy and willing to help the elderly patients around him.

The receptionist was very welcoming and checked me in rather than me doing it on the tablet. Which I appreciated.

Parking was easy enough. All staff exceptionally helpful and friendly and we were lucky to be seen slightly early.
