Very nice clinic everything was quick and professional.

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.

Facility is really clean and staff is welcoming and supportive.

Saw Dr Shidrawi who was exceptional as always. His clinic was running late however I appreciated that the receptionist informed me of this as soon as I arrived.

Easy to find, access and navigate.

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

everyone was very caring and profesional from the porter,receptionist,the aneasatist and prof Mark emberton all the nurses where wonderful thank you all so much
