I had a great experience with the UK Vein Clinic. The team was very professional and friendly from the start. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the treatment and what to expect. I felt well looked after throughout the whole process.

I have attended Spire Diagnostic Centre before and even on this occasion have found the building, location, parking, staff very very good. The building is clean and staff are helpful.

Very professional and relaxed environment

It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.

Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

Simon was so lovely. The whole recovery process he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed constantly checking up on me. Dr Arda was incredible so informative and calm throughout the whole experience. Overall it felt so quick and easy.
