Perfect service

Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.

Every time I have visited the Nuffield for either appointments or surgery the experience has been excellent, friendly staff, short waiting times and excellent facilities.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful when I visited. I was quite nervous and didn't really know what to expect, but I immediately felt relaxed. Dr Otto was fabulous in the way he explained how veins (varicose and otherwise) work, and also the procedure. He answered all my questions without me even needing to ask them.

Overall satisfactory

Receptionist would perhaps benefit from some customer service training. But overall everything was fine.

Everything always ran smoothly and am so glad I was referred there and under the care of Mr Walker! Thank you to all the team and especially Neil.🙏

All staff at the Nuffield were professional and caring. I experienced a short delay for surgery due to a misunderstanding regarding medication. I had cause to return to the hospital over a medical concern but I was give an appointment the same day and treated by a Doctor promptly on arrival. The catering staff also deserve mentioning as the food was delicious and delivered with a smile!
