Very pleasant, just what I expected

Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos and the team at Cleveland Clinic. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt truly cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person. Thanks to him, I’m now recovering well and finally free of the discomfort and uncertainty that came with the cyst. I’m incredibly grateful to have been in such capable hands.
