Harley street were great from the outset. The whole experience from the reception staff to the Dr's and the actual space itself was fantastic and we would highly recommend to all.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos and the team at Cleveland Clinic. From my very first consultation, Dr Panagiotopoulos demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. I was understandably anxious about having a pericardial cyst removed, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, putting me at ease every step of the way. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt truly cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person. Dr Panagiotopoulos combines world-class surgical skill with a warm, approachable manner that inspires total confidence. Thanks to him, I’m now recovering well and finally free of the discomfort and uncertainty that came with the cyst. I’m incredibly grateful to have been in such capable hands. Nurses were friendly and helpful. Staffs were welcoming. Facilities were clean.

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly
