Nice friendly staff in all departments

It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.

Although initially a 5 week period of radiotherapy treatment seemed very lengthy the receptionists ,the radiotherapy nurses,Laura and Dr Smith made it pass much more quickly with their very friendly and empathetic service.I would not hesitate to recommend the centre.

Overall a pleasant experience bar the issues with parking

The team is friendly and helpful. The payments department could work on keeping the documents in order - sometimes there were duplicate requests for payments, I recommend keeping documented payments after visits 😉
