Fantastic experience. Very professional and generous with time. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Extremely positive. Nurse was excellent.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Staff friendly, no long waiting time , free parking, free tea and coffee. Can’t ask for much more

Majority of the time we were seen on time or with very minor delays. The place is always immaculately clean and lots of space for waiting area. The free water is a nice touch.
