Welcoming, friendly and kind staff and a very pleasant environment that puts the patient at ease.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

From the initial consultation to my exit the service has been exemplary!! I would personally like to thank Dr Sarah Rollins for diagnosing my problem and Sam Birch who has patiently and diligently erased my knee problem I cannot thank the both of you enough!!

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.
