My medical concerns / needs were met.

Katrina has been a lifeline for me during the last two years. Post Katrina, my life has changed drastically, I am a happier and healthier person for myself. Initially I was very hesitant about going into therapy and was expecting it to last a few months max. However to my surprise it’s already been 2 years and I attended all sessions regularly. Sessions that have been immensely informative as well as therapeutic - I always enjoyed hearing about the science and biological elements behind our psyche. I would have carried on if I could. Although I think this’ll give me the chance to face future challenges and threats with a better understanding and new skill set. I’m now able to help my family and friends but also keep my own mental peace at the forefront. Words cannot express the admiration and gratitude I have for Katrina. This is the hardest goodbye.
