The operating staff dealt with me efficiently and quickly and clearly went through a number of safety checks before commencing with the endoscopy. I wa provided with a full written account of the investigation and now await a follow up with the consultant.

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly
