Every communication was clear and staff are professional. I had slight confusion over the car park as the barrier was up, whereas I had been told to pull up to the barrier and use the call button to gain entry. Adequate parking if you have an early appointment but I can foresee parking difficulties as the day goes on.

Appointment on time and treat with respect. No complaints from me.

Oaklands, as ever is a great hospital. The waiting area is functional but pleasant and the staff are always attentive and helpful

I was always treated in a friendly and professional manner and felt very confident in those responsible for my care. I had a very comfortable room and my meals were very good. I generally did not have to wait long for attention in whatever form that took. All in all I was very grateful for the care I received and the friendliness of those who helped me.

Staff were amazing, from the receptionists to the surgeon, could not praise them enough, Hospital is spotless.
