I found that Mr Farrant talked more than he listened. He's an expert, and was genuinely trying to help me by briefing me on his experience and listing all the therapies he knows about. He was very down on the NHS, I suspect as a private patient he thought I might share than view. I don't. But obs if it was working better I would not have been there and prioritise my health over my principles. He wasn't looking for input from me, I'm also an expert after 60+ years of eczema! Still he did get to the point and we did discuss options, and I am happy overall with his advice.

I was given a friendly professional welcome by all staff that I met. The operating staff dealt with me efficiently and quickly and clearly went through a number of safety checks before commencing with the endoscopy. I wa provided with a full written account of the investigation and now await a follow up with the consultant.

The hospital is well presented and all the staff were very friendly.

Staff at reception were very friendly and it only took a few minutes from arrival to being seen by the Dr.
