Visiting Northsdawn Hospital in Caterham 21.05.25. - 22.03.25. Overall experience was really marvelous and superb. Crew was very friendly, empathic and professional. Hospital was very clean and tidy. After open hernia surgery, nurses and doctors was very helpful, everyone smile and you can feel high standards. To sum up, recommended hospital for patients, you can trust those personnel. Special thanks for surgery crew; Dr. Dighe, Dr. Kurian, first assistant G.Thomas ,anaesthetic practitioner N.A.Reyes and all nurses, thank You all for professional attitude!

I have attended Spire Diagnostic Centre before and even on this occasion have found the building, location, parking, staff very very good. The building is clean and staff are helpful.

The Circle staff at Reading provided very timely and professional care at all stages of the required operation and treatment with very good explanation of the process at all visits including post operation care, assessments and Physiotherapy.

Receptionist would perhaps benefit from some customer service training. But overall everything was fine.

Parking was easy enough. All staff exceptionally helpful and friendly and we were lucky to be seen slightly early.

I always find front of house a little unwelcoming.

Can't rate this highly enough...from walking through the door, all staff were friendly and cheerful!

Overall a notably professional service (staff and facilities). The booking in method of using a tablet wasnt the best user experience for me due to the software being a bit clunky and not liking some of the answers entered.

It was a very short stay .
