Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.

It was great to finally speak to a specialist who listened and understood my symptoms which I had been having for a while. By the end of my first consultation I already had a plan with a trial of HRT and a blood test to book. The only thing I would say is that I was given a lot of information during the consultation and I had to contact the manager to ask for a summary of how to take my prescription but they got back to me very quickly so I'm ready to do my trial!

The Park Hospital is as close to perfect for non medical treatment as could be found. There is parking outside and set in a wonderful forest setting. The front desk reception team are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Waiting areas are clean and comfortable with tea, coffee, water available as required. Everywhere is clean and fresh as you would hope in a healthcare environment. The consulting and treatment areas are equally as fresh and pristine. I have no hesitation recommending The Park Hospital for consultations and ongoing treatment.
