The whole team were absolutely great during my visit to the Whiteley Clinic London. Everyone was friendly and professional and I always felt looked after. Arlene was so helpful and attentive and I felt very safe in the expert hands of sonographer Hamsa, and Professor Whiteley - who was great at taking my mind off the procedure by being so friendly and chatty! I had a lot of pain and trouble for a long time now with my kidneys. These guys were the first clinic to finally come to an actual diagnosis and recommended treatment that actually works and I am so thankful to them for this. It makes me so happy that I’m finally getting better and after so long of running around everywhere else the team at London ultrasound were able to help me. I now go back for some yearly check up’s.

From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.

It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly
