The staff at Northway Clinic are very polite and the Clinic itself is always kept very clean.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Majority of the time we were seen on time or with very minor delays. The place is always immaculately clean and lots of space for waiting area. The free water is a nice touch.

I am satisfied with my ongoing treatment for herpes with the hospital. Feeling more relived and energetic. Recommend to others. Thanks
