From the moment you arrive, the beautiful location near Sloane Square makes an impression — it’s such a stunning area and immediately sets the tone for a premium experience. The clinic itself is gorgeous: bright, modern, impeccably clean, and designed with a real sense of luxury. The reception team was fantastic — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with scheduling and working around my availability. Everything felt smooth, professional, and relaxed from start to finish. They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

The HCA practice at The Shard is a very convenient outpatients medical centre with a number of experts who I've seen in recent years. Consultations are easy to arrange and convenient and diagnostic facilities excellent

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.
