Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

The supporting staff were exceptionally professional with extremely reassuring bedside manner… Brilliant!

Big thanks to Dr. Jafar Jafari for his top-notch care as a Neurogastroenterologist. My cousin in Brum recommended him after using GI Cognition’s H Pylori test kit. Dr. Jafari suggested SIBO and IMO breath tests, which confirmed both conditions. I’d been struggling with bloating, gas, fatigue, and dodgy digestion for ages. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.
