Good, sound practice

After trying various dental practices with waiting times up to 6 weeks for treatment I contacted The York Dental Suite and was able to book an appointment within 2 days. I was very impressed with the receptionist who confirmed my booking and welcomed me on the day. The treatment was carried out very professionally and in a very friendly manner. I would highly recommend The York Dental Suite and will definitely use them for any future treatment.

I was impressed that I wasn't pushed into having a scale and polish, it was offered, but when I asked if it was needed, the dentist so no.

A seamless, painless (!) experience. I was welcomed by a friendly team and felt confident I was in good hands. Immediate relief from long-term pain and a painless and immediate recovery from an extraction.

I have been a patient of Natural Smiles for many years. All the staff, dentists, nurses, reception staff and technicians have always been welcoming and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending the practice to others.

My appointment was late even though I arrived on time and the person that went in before me went in at my appointment time. I was only told it was late until after she went in. During my appointment I was tilted on the chair without warning. Left with the lights shining in my eyes whilst both dentist and nurse left the room to find more equipment. It was freezing. I could hear the receptionist continuously phoning patients on speaker phone and hearing their phone numbers read out on voicemails.
