Kahlil has helped me massively during my Physio appointments especially helping me with learning to walk again and adapting exercises to suit me.

Murat was great when helping me recover from my IT band injury and get back to running. He would go on runs with me to look at my alignment and making sure I was running properly, and give me exercises to help build strength. This helped with my recovery and I can now comfortably run 20km with no pain. I was recommended to see Murat by my friend (who is a runner) and I would also recommend him to my friends.
