Dr Veer did my tonsilectomy in 2025. He is a superb friendly individual and certainly knows his business. My surgery went without any problems and he assured me throughout the journey. I probably wouldn't use any other ENT in the future.

I was seen on time. Explanation was clearly provided and my ears were cleaned, the doctor also explained he needed a deeper cleaning, so I felt calm. I also got the letter to my doctor promptly on patients Know best.

From our first meeting I felt heard, which is not something you get often sadly! Mr Hughes always put me at ease, clearly explained everything and allowed me to ask any questions I needed. When the time came for my tonsillectomy, he was reassuring me on the day and was constantly kind and attentive. Fantastic!

Very Professional and knowledgeable. he takes his time in explaining to the patient in the best way patient will understand. i was very anxious about having the rhino laryngoscope but he was very gentle and explain it very well. his Amazing!!

Mr Unadkat had been great throughout the treatment process. He is clearly very knowledgeable and good at what he does. He explains everything in an easy to understand way and is very approachable. It has been a real pleasure.

Mr Hettige was top class from the moment I first met him. He is an incredibly experienced and knowledgeable surgeon with the added bonus that he is exceptionally personable and approachable. I felt completely reassured and comforted with how Mr Hettige explained my surgery to me - Septorhinoplasty with grafts. Post surgery I was very happy with the results; both aesthetically and functionally. I cannot recommend Mr Hettige highly enough.

As always Dr Rama was kind and supportive. She compared the latest X-ray with previous ones and explained the improvement. She will follow up changing medications.
