I had a very good experience having this procedure done by Professor Chatrath. He explained the procedure really well and answered all my questions in detail. Everything went really smoothly on the day of the surgery and I have been very pleased with the final outcome.

I had septoplasty surgery with Mr. Irfan Syed and I’m really pleased with the whole experience. I had been struggling with restricted breathing for years, particularly at night, and Mr. Syed took the time to clearly explain the issue, the procedure, and what to expect in recovery. On the day of the operation, I felt reassured and in good hands. The surgery went smoothly, and the care I received afterwards was excellent. Mr. Syed was calm, professional, and approachable throughout, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. Post-surgery, the improvement in my breathing has been significant. I’m sleeping better and feel a lot more comfortable day-to-day. I would highly recommend Mr. Syed to anyone considering. truly excellent care from start to finish.

I have unfortunately had to go through treatment for several medical difficulties in recent years, but Mr D’Souza has been the most supportive practitioner who has treated me, and I can’t thank him enough for this support, and the successful treatment of originally quite debilitating medical problems. His Admin Team are also very professional, which is a big help when you are going through extended and quite complicated treatment.

I saw Ms Rachmanidou for persistent blocked nose since childhood. After trying pharmaceutical options over several visits, we decided to go ahead with surgery to resolve the issue (turbinoplasty, septoplasty, FESS) - which seems to have been very successful. Ms Rachmanidou has an excellent bedside manner, is very patient and consultative, and willing to take the time to go into very detailed medical explanations of the symptoms and options, enabling me to make an informed and independent decision. Dr Nagpal was a star as always. He has been sedating me for the periodontal gum treatment for the last 3 years and it always goes smoothly. I have really difficult veins and it once took someone else 6 times! To find a vein for me but he always gets it first time and it just helps me be at ease and relax in the chair. So grateful for him!

The staff were very kind, the doctor was very professional. In general very understanding, as we had got lost and were a few minutes late. Nice looking practice it was very clean.
