Excellent service all round!

I recently had surgical removal of impacted teeth at OS Clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Every member of the team at OS Clinic went above and beyond. Sarah helped me out so much with understanding the issues I had from overloading my running training. Very straight to the point and helpful advice and exercises that got me back on my feet and able to run the marathon this year which I thought was going to be out of the picture. Would highly recommend!

Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.
