Clean, efficient

All the staff were helpful and the experience reassuring as no immediate action deemed necessary. However, as a self funding patient, I found the fees and especially those for routine tests, exceedingly high and I will be returning to the care of the NHS.

Everyone has been very helpful and made my sister's first few days at the care home feel at home and helped her to adjust to a new life with excellent support from the carers
