Nice experience

Good and efficient experience.

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

Very thorough

For pre and post consultations I was seen by Mr. Aho in Devonshire Street whilst the operation was at The Princess Grace Hospital. My experience on all three occasions was very positive from Mr. Aho himself, staff and facilities.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Dr. Varsani has been excellent at getting to the root of the problem, even when we have needed to book in at short notice. He has seen both myself and my baby, and he has been fantastic with both of us-thorough, kind, and professional. His clinic is in a great location, and it is always easy to get same day appointments, which has been incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!
