The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

I have found the clinic staff to be very helpful and professional and very responsive to any queries. Overall I am very happy with my experience at The Forbes Clinic.

She introduced me to the microbiome tests that provided much needed information to fully understand my body and home into the factors causing the array of day to day struggles that I had. Taking a step back and cutting things out of my diet, such as diary products has made a huge difference. The supplements Melody recommended have also improved my energy levels and my gut health. Melody has been such a great help and I'm glad I got in touch with her. I feel more energised and I understand my gut more and I don't have the constant worry in the back of my mind nowadays. Reviewing the test results with Melody also helped me understand that my diet wasn't all bad but I just needed a helping hand in homing in on a few things to improve my vitamin levels within my body. Understanding that the smallest of changes to my diet has worked. I would highly recommend working with Melody to address any nutritional issues. Excellent service all the way round

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)
