My time spent at Stoneygate Eye Hospital was pleasant. I was here for my second cataract removal treatment. Again all the staff were pleasant, helpful, kind, reassuring and ever so brilliant at their profession. Thank you for making me see again.

Excellent service

Very pleasant expr, from start to finish. Hawa the secretary was very helpful and easily contactable. Professor Scott was also very personable, pleasant, informative and explained everything in a clear manner. I felt as though I was in the best possible hands.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

Can’t fault The Grafton Suite in any way!

St John & St Elizabeth is a wonderful place for treatment, other than the imaging department. The Cardiac Suite team is exceptional.

I was very happy with my treatment. Manpreet the optometrist was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She put me at ease immediately and took time to explain everything clearly. Reece , my first point of contact was always helpful and welcoming.
