Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.

Professor Ross Hunter is excellent—informative, knowledgable, thorough, and highly attentive. He provides in-depth feedback and explains things clearly, ensuring a full understanding. He is calm and concise and answered any questions I had. I was worried about some potential issues and he provided reassurance as well guidance on tests/scans which were booked in quickly. Really happy with the level of care and professionalism he provides. Thank you! His assistant Helen is also fab, efficient and follows up with correspondence in a timely manner. Highly recommend Prof Hunter
