I saw Dr Rakshi after experiencing a frightening incident / episode and needed an MRI. It was a stressful and uncertain time, however from the start he was calm, clear and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain everything in plain English, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never once made me feel rushed. No jargon, no clock-watching — just proper care. Since moving under the care of Dr Wu, I feel I am making progress in finding out the root cause of my headaches. At the initial appointment she took the time to listen to symptoms, explore previous health history and organise the required diagnostic tests. When the results became available of my MRI, just 24 hours later she called to give me the results and check in. Brilliant neurologist!

He is very kind and caring. Does not rush you at all, even though I ask a lot of questions!
