My overall experience on the visit to the Mole clinic was excellent and I would have no problem in recommending the clinic to family and friends. You perform a very valuable service and I hope you continue for many years to come.

I was late due to being at the wrong hospital but the staff called and gave me guidance and rebooked me in the same day and were all extremely helpful and friendly

I have attended Spire Diagnostic Centre before and even on this occasion have found the building, location, parking, staff very very good. The building is clean and staff are helpful.

Dr Stephen Mounsey was extremely pleasant and very professional I would definitely recommend him.

Twenty months ago I finished 3 months of chemo at LOC Chelsea and whilst it was one of the more traumatic times in my life, my weekly visit became something I actually looked forward to, rather than dread. It became my home from home, I felt safe there. I got to know all the staff very well, from the receptionist downstairs and the lovely catering ladies, to all the nurses who delivered my treatment. I will never forget all their kindness and consideration, their help with advice, their understanding and their positivity. My last session was very emotional, saying goodbye to all these extraordinary people who had made something so gruelling and uncertain, so much easier. I now visit once every six months for a bone infusion and it is always really lovely to see everyone. I would not have made it through my treatment without all the team at LOC. I hope never to be back in that situation again, but if it were to happen, that is where I would want to be treated. Thank you LOC Chelsea x

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.
