Twenty months ago I finished 3 months of chemo at LOC Chelsea and whilst it was one of the more traumatic times in my life, my weekly visit became something I actually looked forward to, rather than dread. It became my home from home, I felt safe there. I got to know all the staff very well, from the receptionist downstairs and the lovely catering ladies, to all the nurses who delivered my treatment. I will never forget all their kindness and consideration, their help with advice, their understanding and their positivity. My last session was very emotional, saying goodbye to all these extraordinary people who had made something so gruelling and uncertain, so much easier. I now visit once every six months for a bone infusion and it is always really lovely to see everyone. I would not have made it through my treatment without all the team at LOC. I hope never to be back in that situation again, but if it were to happen, that is where I would want to be treated. Thank you LOC Chelsea x

Highly recommend, great service

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

I recently had a consultation and I can confidently say it was one of the most enlightening and satisfactory medical experiences I’ve ever had. Mr Siddiqi took the time to connect the dots between my symptoms and my overall nervous system and gut health. His explanation of the mind-gut connection and how it plays into chronic pain and discomfort was absolutely eye-opening. He broke it down in such a relatable and logical way that it finally all *clicked*. His approach to pain and symptom management is incredibly holistic, rooted in science but delivered with empathy. Unlike other consultations I’ve had that left me with more questions than answers, this one left me feeling validated, informed, and empowered. Everything he said just *made sense*—more than any other consult I’ve ever done.
