Clean, efficient

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

OneWelbeck is a great clinic

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

Generally good. The receptionist where very helpful and Dr Osuji was excellent

I don't like going to the Doctors usually I find it stressful. However attending the Well Life Clinic has changed my perception. The staff are warm, welcoming and extremely friendly. I feel listened to of which I'm grateful.

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.
