Very happy with all aspects.

Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

I had a lot of pain and trouble for a long time now with my kidneys. These guys were the first clinic to finally come to an actual diagnosis and recommended treatment that actually works and I am so thankful to them for this. It makes me so happy that I’m finally getting better and after so long of running around everywhere else the team at London ultrasound were able to help me. I now go back for some yearly check up’s.

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.

I have been a customer since about 1998, and the fact that in my mid Seventies I am still in good health, actively jogging, hiking and skiing, part-time working and enjoying a good marital life is good evidence for the enormous positive impact the treatment by Dr. Carruthers and by those who succeeded him has had. On top of that, I have found all the staff working in the Centre to be invariably very helpful, competent and friendly, making interactions a pleasure. I can wholeheaertedly recommend the Centre for Men's Health

Simon was so lovely. The whole recovery process he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed constantly checking up on me. Dr Arda was incredible so informative and calm throughout the whole experience. Overall it felt so quick and easy.
