The hospital is clean and welcoming

Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional

A overly friendly welcoming and professional hospital.

I was very happy with my treatment. Manpreet the optometrist was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She put me at ease immediately and took time to explain everything clearly. Reece , my first point of contact was always helpful and welcoming.

It was Heatherwood Parkside and all was good

I found the Windsor eye clinic friendly and a lot less daunting than thought.
