Great bedside manner

Miss Mandal was lovely with me. She explained everything thoroughly and really put me at ease. Following the first consultation she got me in quickly for my first eye surgery and then 2 weeks later for my second eye. The results were better than I anticipated and I would have no hesitation in recommending Miss Mandal to anybody requiring cataract surgery.

Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end, excellent care, attention to detail, clear explanations and genuinely reassuring and comforting in his approach. Cannot thank Mr Awad and his team enough.

Overall fantastic experience. After being told by another consultant my ptosis couldn’t be repaired. I came to see Miss kovacova she instantly made me feel at ease and explained thoroughly about my condition and the pros/cons and the chances of the ptosis reoccurring. Miss kovacova is a credit to the nhs. If I had to have surgery again for any reason I would want it to be her. I am extremely satisfied with her work and over all care that was given.

Mr. Rabie performed cataract surgery on both my mum’s eyes and she couldn’t be happier with the results.
