Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.

Visiting Northsdawn Hospital in Caterham 21.05.25. - 22.03.25. Overall experience was really marvelous and superb. Crew was very friendly, empathic and professional. Hospital was very clean and tidy. After open hernia surgery, nurses and doctors was very helpful, everyone smile and you can feel high standards. To sum up, recommended hospital for patients, you can trust those personnel. Very good

My experience in all areas, from the first time I stepped into the clinic till I got my operations completed are all fantastic. The staff were so respective and responsive. The environment was clean and friendly. The operations were neatly and nicely done with clarity.

Nothing to say... Its a rent by the day room service for consultants... efficient and expensive. But it does the job

After being told, out of the blue, I had a fast growing cataract, the options were getting on the NHS waiting list or having treatment under U Clinic. My appointments were very quick and the receptionists were helpful in answering my questions.
