Efficient staff who are all good at their jobs. Surgeon (Dr. Sam) was also excellent and very quick with both cataract surgery and laser treatment. However I felt the discharge procedure at the end of treatment was a bit lax and suggest patients are given a letter or pamphlet to fully explain, for example is it in order to contact your opticians etc.

Ruth Perrott is outstanding- is most helpful with young children - empathic and understanding too I would highly recommend her to anyone needing help

Experience was good overall. Slight delay in surgery led to a bit of dehydration. Everything else was great.

Arrived for my 2nd cataract operation and was seen with minimal waiting time. Operation carried out swiftly and painlessly. Friendly receptionist telephoned for a taxi to take me home afterwards.
