Very clean, easy to access and friendly staff. Easy to get appointments and quickly.

Superb hospital - radiographer was very thorough , clean throughout and no waiting times.

This was the second time I have had an operation at Hatfield One in the past 6 months and can not fault anything. The staff in particular were more than helpful and friendly.

Welcoming and great hospitality

I absolutely love and adore everyone that I had met in the hospital, even though I had only met them all 3 times, truthfully speaking - the experience was so wonderful and relaxing that I'd do it all over again! Everyone was all smiles right from the beginning of our meeting till the very end, always asking me and my mother if we needed any assistance, even if we're sitting in the waiting room anyone that passes by smiles and asks us if we need anything which we only responded with that we were waiting to be called in. When getting my blood drawn or filling out the forms, the staff would always hold light conversation to ease up the atmosphere with a very friendly welcoming gesture that they all seem to have in common. It was very easy talking to each and everyone in the hospital without the awkward elephant in the room of waiting for them to notice you in order for you to ask a question. One look at them and they'd quickly turn their heads and come to you asking if we need any help. The nurses were the other few people that I fell in love with, I had a group of different nurses for during the day and night. Walking towards the surgery room was nerve wrecking but having them all speak to you calmly and asking you if you're excited quite literally changed my whole nerve system and made me actually feel excited rather than nervous before undergoing my operation. When I woke up I had two nurses by my side who assisted me as soon as possible when I woke up from my anaesthetic and started asking for any pains or how I am generally feeling. I have been privileged to attend several top private hospitals over the years and One Hatfield for me is easily the best. Every single aspect of my experience was flawless. All of the staff were highly professional, I was attended by excellent medical staff and a top anaesthetist. The specialist, Mr Adam Rumian is not only an eminent and respected surgeon, but also extremely good with people.
