Nobody likes to see a specialist about potential treatment, but I have to say that Mr Hannan’s advice and care have been absolutely first class. From the start, he made me feel relaxed and well-informed, taking the time to explain what are quite complex issues in a very simple and reassuring way. His calm, intelligent manner, and clear explanations gave me great confidence in understanding both the problem and the potential solutions. Although I’ve now been referred to a subspecialist for the next stage, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Hannan to anyone seeking up-to-date and compassionate care for any ENT issue — especially anything related to the ears. It’s rare to meet a consultant who combines such expertise with genuine warmth and clarity.
