Very good service, friendly and understanding. My only comment is that we were not told there was a cost to ear syringing which needed to be done prior to hearing test. We had assumed it was part of the on going service.

I was referred by my doctor's surgery to have my ear wax removed. The wax was dry due to the secretary telling me to oil for 1 week and then bicarbonate of soda for 1 week which made it difficult to remove. I then had to return 1 week later after some more oil treatment. The wax eventually came out in 3 tries. I can hear again.
