It is impressive how quickly Kajal was able to diagnose the cause of the problem and work in a progressive way to address it. Appointments are on time, functional and clear directions are given about the work to be done at home between appointments. Kajal worked on me and on each of my two sons and we all had a similar experience whereby our issues were quickly resolved. I recommend her highly.

Knowing Camden quite well Bodyset was easy to find and I was greeted at reception very warmly. There was no wait time and the introduction to the physio, Martina was great. The initial discussion with regards to my issue was dealt with professionally and was very thorough in sign-posting on the next steps. I generally felt immediate confidence that I'm going to progress with solving my physical issue.

I'm currently mid-way through my program and really impressed with the results so far. My knee issue has improved a lot and I'm able to run more than I have in the last couple years. Kajal continues to adapt my program depending on my progress and hopefully it will keep going just as smoothly!

I had a great experience with Bodyset Camden. It's conveniently located, sessions are easy to book or reschedule, and the physiotherapist I have been seeing is very friendly and professional.

My experience with Kajal has been entirely positive. At the start of treatment my back was very stiff as a result of having fractured a vertebra and been in a brace for 2 months. Kajal gave me gently graded exercises over several weeks that slowly reintroduced flexibility and reduced pain. More recently she has given me exercises to help strengthen my back which seem to be working well. I am now largely free of pain and am able to carry out everyday tasks with almost no difficulty whatsoever.
