A very easy, friendly experience. Everything was explained very clearly and I was very comfortable.

The video call went straight through to the nurse, there was no waiting time. The nurse explained everything clearly and went through my risk rating and what was in my control. She gave me some good tips on breast examination that I had not received before and also as I am peri-menopausal explained in detail the changes that Ii was likely to see in my breasts during this time. It has certainly put my mind at ease and that I am doing all the right things to minimise my risk of having breast cancer

Very professional friendly service. I was seeing straight away even so before my appointment time. The surgery was very clean. I had a good SkinCheck up and was told everything looks normal. I have already recommended the service to my colleagues at work. Will go back there in 2years time.

All very good, except for the sampling 'tool' for the bowel cancer test (a ribbed stick) was not the same as that shown in the instructions (a fork shape), which caused a little confusion
